The renter is insured for the rental vehicle damaged by accident including Tires, Underside, Glass, Mirror, Engine with no obligation to pay any excess. The renter’s liability is covered of €1.000.000 for death and bodily injuries. The renter is insured in case the vehicle is stolen, except if theft occurs because of negligence. Any stolen belongings in the interior of the car are not covered by any insurance.

The prices on our website are final and include all of the above types of insurances, you do not need to pay any extra cost. You can find the prices on our main page, just select your rental dates and press "SELECT CAR". You can return the car to any part of the island without any extra payments.
Drivers should be hold a valid license for at least one year and the age of the driver should be not be less than 21 years.
Your vehicle will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel and you need to return it with the same amount. Fuel costs are paid by the customer. There is no refund for unused fuel.
Damages that occur while driving under influence (DUI) are not covered. Damages under the car and flat tires are not covered on off-roads (e.g. Road to Balos).
We guarantee twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week road assistance all over Crete.
Unlimited kilometers is included in our prices. You don't need to pay extra for kilometers you drive.
We can add any person in your contract as a second driver free of charge.
We will deliver your car at any time and place you want. We are always ready to meet you personally at the airport and deliver the car immediately upon your arrival.
The delivery at the airport during night or early morning hours (from 22:00 to 08:00) is supplemented by an additional cost in the amount of 25 Euro for Heraklion Airport and 45 Euro for Chania Airport.
We deliver cars in Crete within a radius of 150km from Heraklion. Please contact us before booking if your location is more than 150 km from Heraklion.
For Chania and Ierapetra and within a radius of 30 km from it, the minimum rental period is 6 days. When renting a car from Heraklion airport and return to the area of Chania or Ierapetra, the minimum rental period of 6 days also applies. For Myrtos, Sitia, Plakias the minimum rental period is 8 days.
If you change the date or time, we are ready to make the appropriate changes to your booking with preservation of the previously made prepayment without extra charges. When you change the car model, your prepayment will not be saved.
For each of our clients, we offer a free map of Crete and assistance in developing your personal route, according to your wishes.
The prepayment amount is only 10% of the total rental amount. If you need to cancel your rental car booking, the 10% prepayment amount can only be refunded within 24 hours of completing your booking. We do not block any deposits on your card and do not store your card details. Payment processing is carried out via WorldLine in collaboration with EuroBank Greece.
You can always book a car without prepayment by clicking "PAY LATER" at the last step of your reservation. In this case, you can pay full amount with cash or by card upon arrival. Discounts are not valid when you book without prepayment.
